What does Studio EB do? +
Studio EB is an interior design and renovation project management studio based in the Lisbon area of Portugal. We design, renovate and furnish homes from concept to completion, handling the design, the builders, the suppliers and the finishing so you don't have to.
Which areas do you cover? +
We work across the greater Lisbon and Setúbal region, including Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Sesimbra, Aroeira, Paço de Arcos and Azeitão. If your property is nearby and you're not sure, just ask.
Do you work with overseas owners who don't live in Portugal? +
Yes. A large part of what we do is managing renovations for foreign owners who can't be here day-to-day. We act as your eyes and hands on the ground, sending regular updates and coordinating everything locally, whether you're in Portugal or abroad.
I don't speak Portuguese. Can you still help? +
Absolutely. We work in English and handle all the Portuguese-language coordination with builders, suppliers and trades on your behalf, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Can you manage the entire renovation, or just the design? +
Both. You can bring us in purely for interior design, or hand us the whole project end to end: design, sourcing, builder coordination, on-site supervision and furnishing. Most clients choose the full, hassle-free option.
How much does a home renovation in Portugal cost? +
It depends on the size, condition and scope of the property, so there's no single figure. The best next step is a consultation, where we assess your space and give you a realistic budget.
Do you handle furniture and finishing too? +
Yes. We select and source furniture, lighting and finishing touches, and can deliver a fully furnished, move-in-ready home, not just a renovated shell.
